ISB&M Presents Management Development Program (MDP): AI for Business Managers

The International School of Business & Media (ISB&M), Pune, is delighted to host the Management Development Program (MDP) on AI for Business Managers on 21–22 August 2026 at the ISB&M Pune Campus.

Designed for middle and senior managers, functional leaders, business unit heads, project managers, and high-potential professionals across industries, the programme equips participants with the practical knowledge and tools required to leverage Artificial Intelligence for business transformation. Rather than focusing on technical development, the programme enables managers to confidently identify AI opportunities, improve decision-making, automate routine workflows, and lead AI adoption within their teams.

Through hands-on learning, live demonstrations, guided laboratories, business simulations, and real-world case discussions, participants will gain practical experience with leading AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, Google Colab, n8n, and enterprise AI solutions. Participants will learn how to use AI for knowledge work, data analysis, business automation, enterprise chatbots, workflow optimization, and AI agents while understanding the principles of responsible AI, governance, and human oversight.

With nearly 60% of the programme dedicated to lab-based experiential learning, participants will build AI-powered workflows, develop business-focused AI assistants, and create working AI agent or chatbot prototypes that address real organizational challenges. The programme is designed to ensure that every participant returns with practical frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and actionable ideas that can immediately enhance productivity, accelerate decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive business innovation.
