Theme: “Finance Zennacle: The New Horizon of Financial Innovation

ISB&M, in collaboration with TOFI-The Finance Club, hosted Finance Zennacle’25: The New Horizon of Financial Innovation. The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting, followed by Prof. S.B. Subramaniam outlining the vision behind the conclave. Dr. Manoj Sharma introduced the event, and Dr. Pramod Kumar (Founder President-Head of ISB&M) extended a warm welcome, marking the start of a day focused on the evolving financial landscape.
The Chief Guest, Ms. Binny Jaiswal (Director, BNY), delivered a compelling address connecting to the event’s theme, setting an inspiring tone. Mr. Devanand Ramandasani (Head of Finance, Tiger Analytics) led with Breaking Barriers: The Future of Cross-Border Payments. Panel featuring CA Jayesh Behede (Group Head of Tax, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd.), Mr. Anil Arya (CFO, WakeFit), Mr. Aman Kumar Gupta (Finance Controller, ZEISS India Ltd.), Mr. Roshan Bainalwar (AVP, Cogencis Information Services Ltd.), and Mr. Srikaran Venkataramanan (VP- Group Internal Audit, Standard Chartered Bank) examined critical questions shaping modern finance. The next panel brought perspectives from Mr. Vasudev Bajaj (VP- Finance & Accounts, Parksons Cartamundi Pvt. Ltd.), Mr. Rohan Kamra (VP, C2FO), and Mr. Swaminathan V (CCO, Fibe) which was followed by a high-impact Guest Talk from Mr. Deepak Agrawala (Senior Executive VP, Avaada Group). The final panel comprising of CA Jyotsna Sharma (Executive Director, CFO & Head of IT, Bridgestone India), Mr. Pankaj Periwal (Senior VP- Strategy, RateGain), Mr. Amit Arora (Senior VP, Paytm), and CA Ajay Kumar Pandey (CFO, Wellness Forever Medicare Limited), examined hidden challenges shaping the future of financial systems.
The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, appreciating the efforts of every student body, organizing team, and TOFI-The Finance Club. It left participants inspired and equipped to envision the future of finance with clarity and confidence, truly embodying “The New Horizon of Financial Innovation.”
