Vacancy for the post of Faculty

International School of Business and Media, is currently hiring faculty for various positions with a specialization as mentioned below:

Eligibility Criteria for Faculty Positions

a) Assistant Professor

i) PhD/FPM degree or Pursuing

ii) At least two peer reviewed journal publications in peer reviewed journals. Acceptance of publication by the journal will be considered if actual publication has not already occurred or DOI or has not yet been obtained.

b) Associate Professor

i) PhD/FPM degree

ii) At least four peer reviewed journal publications. Acceptance of publication by the journal will be considered if actual publication has not already occurred or DOI or has not yet been obtained.

iii) Minimum five years of experience at institutions or university departments. Or having industry experience more than ten years

c) Professor

i) PhD/FPM degree

ii) At least eight peer reviewed journal publications. Acceptance of publication by the journal will be considered if actual publication has not already occurred or DOI or has not yet been obtained.

iii) Minimum ten years of experience at institutions or university departments, which are exclusively post graduate management education. Out of these ten years of experience, at least five years should be at the level of Associate Professor and/or Professor.

iv) person with a senior position in the industry with more than 15 years of experience may also apply for the post of Professors.

Faculty Selection Process

Step 1: Applications received would be circulated among area members who would shortlist candidates who can be called for subsequent process of selection.

Step 2: The short listed candidates would be required to give a research Presentation.

Step 3: Subsequent to the research presentation, the candidates would be interviewed by a panel of experts.
