The International School of Business & Media, along with the HR Club, brought HR Share 2025 to life with an inspiring inauguration. The ceremony commenced with a lamp lighting ritual and impactful opening perspectives from Dr. Pramod Kumar (Founder President-Head of ISB&M), Chief Guest Mr. Rahul Ravindra Kulkarni (CHRO, Siemens Healthineers), and Guest of Honour Mr. Shrikant Pawar (Business Head HR, Adani Realty). Contributions from Mr. Vinod Razdan (CHRO, Gabriel) set a strong, future focused momentum for the day, aligned with the theme “Navigating the Future of Work: The Struggle for Space Between Tech and People”.
The sessions featured presentations on rethinking strategy and culture in the AI driven workplace by Dr. Sangramsinh Pawar (Founder & CEO, CHRO, Mindwrks), Mr. Arun Paul (Head HR, Orion Innovation), and Mr. Ayush Keshav (HRBP, Carrier). A panel discussion on the Future of Work brought together Mr. Chirag Suchak (Head of HR, Settlin), Mr. Naresh Kumar Himthani (HR Head, SBI Pension Funds), Mr. Rahul Roy (Vice President HR, ATOS), Ms. Vani Doshi (Deputy Vice President-Head HR, Nippon India Mutual Fund), and Mr. Amresh Singh (APAC HR Leader, General Electric), who examined the shifting balance between human capability and advancing technology.
The final segment featured a high impact presentation on Learning & Development 4.0 by Ms. Manpreet Kaur (Head HR, IBDIC), Mr. Vinod Bidwaik (CHRO, Sakal Media Bgroup), and Dr. Sanjay Sahoo (Chief Manager HR, GAIL India Limited), highlighting evolving skill building models for the digital era. The HR Data to Decisions: Practical People Analytics workshop by Ms. Anuja Shrivastava (Lead HR, Boeing) demonstrated how analytics is reshaping modern HR decision making. Day 1 concluded with powerful ideas, bold discussions and future ready insights.
