His major domains are on Internal Business, Strategic Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing and Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Management.
Alumnus of BITs, Pilani for his Doctorate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Post Graduate in Business Management from IISWBM, Kolkata and Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Mangalore university. He is a Corporate Trainer and Consultant over a decade along with his expertise in Management education, Quality and Accreditation for NBA as well NAAC
Dr. Ghosh is highly equipped with transferable skills in the areas of Training and Development, Academic Audit Recruitment Management. His other areas of interest are Research and Publications, Conferences, Publications of books and in Corporate Social Responsibilities.
Dr. Ghosh has over 15 years’ experiences in the corporate world. He has served in leading Corporate at various capacities like: Technology Transfer Executives, Project In-charge, Plant Manager, Head Contract Manufacturing Operations and Head Technical Services. He has served over 10 years as capable manager cum Profit-Unit Head with highly regulated market for domestics and international segments.
Dr. Ghosh is presently working in Higher education segment over 12 years. He has established a strong forte in NBA accredited private Business School as a capacity of Professor cum Academic Administrator and in NAAC accredited private University as a capacity of Professor / Dean. Dr. Ghosh published 22 research papers in Peer Revered journals, UGC Care category I journal and also Scopus Index journal. He has been edited 3 Conference books in his credit and published 2 E-books as an author.
Dr. Ghosh was engaged as PhD supervisor in MGM University of Health Sciences and Career Point University Faculty of Management Studies for their PhD Program in Healthcare Management and other specializations. Under his guidance, 12 research scholars received their award of thesis.
