Anuja has a strong background in market research and insights, with over 25 years of experience in the field. She has built and led large culturally diverse teams across varied skill sets. She has led transformation and continuous improvement initiatives as an Operations leader in the market research industry, managing P&L, talent, and client relationships. Her mission is to help businesses with consumer insights and thought leadership, and she is passionate about mentoring young adults in their professional journey.

She is a certified Independent Director. She is a certified Mentor and has completed the Women Entrepreneurship Development Program (WEDP) by IITM Technology Innovation Centre.

She has consulted several organisations on their brand and marketing strategy. She works closely with clients providing them with customer and business insights and feedback to help businesses achieve growth. She has worked hands-on with qualitative and quantitative research methods, covering a wide range of topics such as exploratory research, thought leadership insights, brand health studies, campaign evaluation, concept and product testing, and more. She has partnered with clients across various industries and regions to meet their local and multi-country research needs.
