Some journeys don’t just shape individuals they inspire families. The story of the Gaikwad brothers, Advait and Shreyas, is one such example of how ISB&M creates trust that lasts across generations.

In 2019, Advait Gaikwad stepped into ISB&M during the tough COVID days, when online classes and uncertainty made everything challenging. With constant mentorship and opportunities, he not only grew but also became the Placement Cell Coordinator, leading his peers with resilience and turning challenges into opportunities. When his family saw the transformation ISB&M brought into Adviat’s life their trust in the institute deepened. So when it was time for Shreyas to choose his own path, the decision was clear he too joined ISB&M. Today, Shreyas is proudly carrying forward the legacy as the Coordinator of DIGI-EYe, bringing the same passion, creativity and leadership that once defined his brother’s journey.

This story is more than just about two brothers studying at the same college it’s about how ISB&M becomes a trusted choice for families. It’s about how one student’s growth inspires another and how the institute continues to nurture talent even in the toughest times. At ISB&M, education is not just about building careers it’s about building legacies.
