Arnab Chakraborty is an researcher and faculty in the areas of Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management, with research expertise in adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Human-Centric AI (Industry 5.0), and the digital transformation of complex service and transportation systems. Trained at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, he develops advanced decision-support and multi-criteria analytical frameworks to enable sustainable and responsible technology adoption in the air cargo and logistics sector.

His work has been presented at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, widely regarded as the world’s most prestigious gathering of management scholars, and is supported by highly coveted funding from the Indian Council of Social Science Research for international research dissemination. He is committed to experiential, analytics-driven research and teaching, and strengthening industry–academia collaboration for institutional excellence.
