Shikha Sargam is an Assistant Professor at ISB&M, Pune, currently pursuing a PhD in Operations and Supply Chain at IIM Mumbai. With an M.Tech from BIT Mesra, Ranchi, and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering. Her research interests include sustainable supply chain, green technology readiness, technology adoption and diffusion, particularly within the telecommunications sector. She is passionate about teaching courses in operations, supply chain management, project management, procurement, technology forecasting, etc. She has presented her work at international conferences and is actively focused on expanding her research for more publications.
