Amit Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the domain of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at ISB&M, Pune. A BTech from Ranchi University and MBA graduate from IIT (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad went on to complete his doctoral studies in the HR Area from Vinod Gupta School of Management at IIT Kharagpur. His research interests include High-Performance Work System, Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, and Diversity & Inclusion. He has presented his work at several national and international conferences.
