Dr. Aditi Bisht is Assistant Professor-Organizational Behavior, HRM at ISB&M, Pune. She has completed her Ph.D (HR/OB) degree from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in the area of OB and HRM. She is UGC-NET qualified and recipient of Junior Research Fellowship. She has presented her work at different national and international conferences such as the British Academy of Management, GLOGIFT, and PAN IIT International Management Conference. She has published papers in peer-reviewed journals. Her research interests lie in employee motivation, high-involvement work practices, proactivity, adaptability and team behaviour.
