"ISB&M has been a journey for me, one I embarked on with an openness to new experiences and the desire to emerge as a better and wiser version of myself. And I'm overjoyed to report that the college's curriculum and guiding principles succeeded in doing just that. In addition to always doing well in school and participating in team activities at the institution, I also had the honor of serving as part of the student council in my second year. Well ISB&M journey was indeed an exciting life changing experience for me. With such a vibrant environment where everyone is 24×7 actively participating in various events and activities to learn something. ISB&M is a place where your voice is heard and your opinion counts. My knowledge and confidence has been boosted after coming here. An amalgamation of learning, fun, culture, lore, literature and many such life preaching activities.The faculties are very supportive and encourage students to push boundaries to rise above expectations. ISB&M targets for an overall development of every student, be it education, cultural Activities or practical exposure of business world like industrial exposure . When I started my journey at ISB&M I had a vision to get the best out of it, long term goal was a good career head start but the short term goals which were really important to reach the distance, where it was all about getting the essential steps towards improvement of the skill, mindset and confidence positioned in our vision by the ISB&M in a very vital manner. When I joined this College I was just a student eager to learn and needed a platform to bloom, but when you pass out from here you are Corporate in every manner. So, having a mindset to learn and guidance of faculties here gave me a good start to my career goals and inculcated the thinking of responsibility in every possible situation.
It has been a journey full of experiences in ISB&M, from the first day of OP we have learnt and tried to step in to the professional attitude, working in conferences like HR Share gave us the experience of team work and team handling. This helped me a lot in my internship with Callaway Golf, during the internship we were assigned a Faculty mentor who would help us in the practical life situation and let us take the right decision. All these experiences helped me cleared my interview of IDFC First Bank despite of so much competition.

Like everyone else I could see, I too was struck in web of emotions.... New place, new people, language I didn't know and of course no friends. Breaking ice has always been an ordeal for me. And I was a little bit too scared this time. Now a responsible adult I was and I couldn't give excuses anymore. Well that was the first day. And later on time took care of everything. Made friends, hung out and had fun. Well that wasn't the only stuff I learned . The purpose for which I came to the college was well served. I learnt what I was supposed to.. It taught me hard work, discipline and professionalism. With the best facilities on hand, this college never seems to rest. The Library is a deep ocean of knowledge, where all the fishes can survive and even more. These two years of college have enriched my life in many ways.
