RULES AND REGULATIONS:

• Each college should have can send maximum 5 participants for this event. It is individual participation.
• Each participant will start from point O, run to point A, then back to O, again to B, and so on. (Route: O - A - O - B - O - C - O).
• At points A, B and C following exercises will have to be performed:
  • A- 10 squats
  • B- 10 burpees
  • C- 15 seconds toe touch
• Referee will have the final say.

JUDGEMENT CRITERIA:

Player who completes the circuit in the shortest duration, wins.

AWARDS:

The winner and 1st runner-up will be awarded with cash/kind prizes.
