Dr. Venkatesh B Iyer is an accomplished professional with three decades of industry expertise in the pharmaceutical, media, and the fintech industry. He has worked in markets such as Mumbai, Gujarat, Indore, and Karnataka and has been a visiting faculty member for the past thirteen years in various institutes engaging with students in the subjects such as media management, Introduction to Media, Branding, Advertising, and Integrated Marketing Communications in addition to Marketing Management.

Working in the industry allowed him to pursue his Master's Degree in Business Administration, after which he went on to get his PhD at Gujarat University's reputed B.K.School of Business Management on Management and Commerce.

He was mentored and coached by Landmark Worldwide and the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS) during the last decade, after which his passion led him to specialise as a growth coach, mentoring and coaching firms, entrepreneurs, and students. He is also an accomplished public speaker, having moderated a number of SME Business sessions for a variety of stakeholders over the last two years.

Mr Sandeep Banerjee is specialised in the field of Accounting and Finance. His areas of expertise are Behavioural Finance, Human Resource Accounting, Financial Management and Financial Accounting. He is currently awaiting results as he submitted his thesis on Behavioural Finance at Assam University (A Central University). Prior to that, he has done M.Phil in Commerce on Human Resource Accounting from the same University.
