Like everyone else I could see, I too was struck in web of emotions.... New place, new people, language I didn't know and of course no friends. Breaking ice has always been an ordeal for me. ISB&M always had so much in it to help me climb the ladder of success. My first year was a remarkable start for me- events, assignments, academics and lot more. And then got the opportunity to work at "Tata Steel" as an intern. But the best gift from this Institute was the honor of being the "President of Student Council". I got to interact with personalities who can be just dreamt of, got to add value to this Institute and to top it all, learn from each step I took. Then came the big day.... my placement at Bausch & Lomb. It was just for this Institute, I was able to crack my dream company to start my professional life. Only ISB&M could give me the platform to get associated with two most known brands in a small span of two years. I had a plan to have a memorable two years and move on but this Institute gave me a memorable experience which i can carry throughout.

It felt incredible to be connected with credit Suisse for my summer internship program, and now I am glad accepting the PPO. Honestly speaking, credit Suisse is an organization which escalates your passion for work with, additionally as a result of the workplace & organizational culture in the association. Two years spent at ISB&M was career defining years for me. A strong foundation was built with the support of excellent faculty, interaction with experienced classmates from a varied background and thought provoking guest lecture in a wonderful environment .My experience tells me that ISB&M is a treasure chest of network with the future leaders and manager giving us the opportunity every moment to work with them. There was a perfect balance of learning management in institute and staying in Hostel taught me other few important lessons of life.
